FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Our Full Service package is the most comprehensive way to work with us and the most personal. We become your planning partners from the very beginning, learning your vision, your priorities, and the details that matter most to you. Over the months ahead we handle vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, design development, budget management, and every logistical detail in between. On your wedding day you'll feel nothing but present. That's the whole point.

PARTIAL PLANNING
You've started planning and you know what you want you just need someone who's done this a hundred times to help you get there. Partial Planning gives you our full expertise and vendor network without handing over complete control. We'll take the most time-consuming and complex pieces off your plate vendor sourcing and negotiation, budget management, design development, and timeline building while keeping you closely involved in every decision that matters. You stay in the driver's seat. We handle the road.

Partial Planning Investments Starting at $8,000
EVENT MANAGEMENT
Your plans, our execution. Event Management is for the couple who has handled their own planning and wants a seasoned professional team to take over for the final weeks and run the day flawlessly. We review your vendor contracts, build your timeline, lead your rehearsal, and manage every moving piece on the day itself. You've done the work. We make sure it shows.

Event Management Investment Starting at $5,000
DESIGN & STYLING
Your wedding should look and feel unmistakably like you — not like a template, not like last season's Pinterest trend, and not like every other Central Oregon wedding that came before it. Design and Styling is where we take your aesthetic instincts and turn them into a fully realized visual experience. Mood boards, color palettes, floral direction, linen and tabletop selections, lighting design, ceremony and reception layout — every visual element considered together so nothing feels disconnected or accidental. Included in Full Service. Available as an add-on for Partial Planning couples.

Design and Styling Starting at $4,000

Please note that there may be a difference in package cost, and any additional fees will be invoiced at the current rate. All fees once paid, including add-ons, are nonrefundable. Please note that add-ons are only applicable to our Wedding Planning Packages and not our Ask A Planner Consultations.
TRAVEL FEE
We serve the Central Oregon region, including Bend, Redmond , Powell Butte, Sunriver and Sisters. If your venue is within 30 miles from our office, we are happy to waive our travel fee!
Overnight fees only apply to venues more than 30 miles away from office. This is to ensure we are there for you at a moments notice and our planners are safe at the end of the night.
REHEARSAL DINNER COORDINATION
Your rehearsal dinner should be a joyful celebration, not a source of stress. Let us take care of all the details with our expert coordination services. We offer assistance in finding the ideal location, vendors and two planners onsite for six hours to make sure everything is perfect. Whether you want to combine this service with our other offerings or just need a little extra help
POST WEDDING DECOR DELIVERY
At the conclusion of the wedding, we will pack up all of your personal decor (included in all of our service packages) If you would like to avoid coming back to the venue the next day, we're happy to deliver your items for you. We are happy to travel up to 10 miles for decor deliveries. Personal items must be able to fit into a small SUV.
ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT
Some venues may need additional staffing due to the nature of the property. On our first call, we will create a custom quote based off of the labor needed to ensure your day goes seamlessly.
We know that not every couple needs the same level of planning, which is why we offer our Design Add On service. Even if you have already planned most of your wedding, our design expertise can take your event to the next level. This service is available to add on to partial and the event management package as well as additional events such as rehearsal dinners.
WELCOME RECEPTION
Let us take care of the details for your welcome reception. With our add-on service, you'll receive assistance in finding the perfect location and vendors to make your event a success. Our team of two planners will also be onsite for six hours to ensure everything runs smoothly.
ASK A PLANNER
Not ready to go 100% with a package, our new "Ask A Planner" package sets you up for success with a 90 minute meeting to discuss first steps, vendor referrals, budget review, Q&A and worksheets to get you started on the right track.

VENDOR OUTREACH
We have the connections and know who is going to be best suited. Allow us to take the stress and time-consuming aspects of vendor outreach and selection off your plate. We will do all the legwork, from researching and inquiring about availability to gathering pricing information and vetting vendors.
ADDITIONAL PLANNING MEETING
Our experienced team offers additional planning meetings to ensure that every element of the event is taken care of. You can choose to add on a meeting at any time during the planning process. During these meetings, we will work together to develop a detailed timeline, review décor lists, discuss potential plan changes, and more.
ADDITIONAL ON SITE MEETINGS
If you need another meeting outside of what's included in your package, we are happy to add this on for you. Off site meetings may acrue travel cost
