FULL SERVICE PLANNING

Our Full-Service wedding planning package is the pinnacle of luxury planning experiences. Our skilled team of planners and designers will be with you every step of the way, handling everything from logistics to design to vendor communication. We will carefully curate every detail to create a wedding weekend of your dreams.

PARTIAL PLANNING

Starting at $5,500

We help you bring your dream wedding vision to life with our Partial Planning service. Our seasoned professionals lead the with your budget in mind with vendor outreach, planning, and communication, so you can sit back and relax. With our attention to detail and expertise, we'll make sure your big day is everything you dreamed of.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Starting at $3,000

At 90 days out from the wedding day, we will come in to take the baton to review all of the hard work you've put in to planning your wedding weekend. This package is perfect for you if you just need someone to manage the logistics so you can enjoy and relax!

DESIGN & STYLING

Starting at $2,500

This package is available to add on to the event management and partial planning packages (Full service couples, design & styling is included) . Allow us to help you develop your concept while sourcing the perfect vendors for your style and budget.

A La Carte Service Menu 

 Every couple has different needs. Let us make your special day even more memorable with our customizable a la carte services. Whether it's helping with invitation suite design or customizing your reception menu, we have you covered. At A La Carte, we pride ourselves in making each wedding unique and special. Please note that there may be a difference in package cost, and any additional fees will be invoiced at the current rate. All fees once paid, including add-ons, are nonrefundable. Please note that add-ons are only applicable to our Wedding Planning Packages and not our Ask A Planner Consultations.

TRAVEL FEE

We serve the Central Oregon region, including Bend, Redmond , Powell Butte, Sunriver and Sisters. If your venue is within 30 miles from our office, we are happy to waive our travel fee!

 

Overnight fees only apply to venues more than 30 miles away from office. This is to ensure we are there for you at a moments notice and our planners are safe at the end of the night.

Custom Pricing Based on Location, Distance & Services

REHEARSAL DINNER COORDINATION

Your rehearsal dinner should be a joyful celebration, not a source of stress. Let us take care of all the details with our expert coordination services. We offer assistance in finding the ideal location, vendors and two planners onsite for six hours to make sure everything is perfect. Whether you want to combine this service with our other offerings or just need a little extra help, our team is here to make your rehearsal dinner unforgettable.

POST  WEDDING DECOR DELIVERY 

At the conclusion of the wedding, we will pack up all of your personal decor (included in all of our service packages) If you would like to avoid coming back to the venue the next day, we're happy to deliver your items for you. We are happy to travel up to 10 miles for decor deliveries. Personal items must be able to fit into a small SUV. 

$100 Flat Fee 

ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT

Some venues may need additional staffing due to the nature of the property. On our first call, we will create a custom quote based off of the labor needed to ensure your day goes seamlessly. 

$75 Per Hour, Per Additional Assistant (5 hour minimum)

We know that not every couple needs the same level of planning, which is why we offer our Design Add On service. Even if you have already planned most of your wedding, our design expertise can take your event to the next level. This service is available to add on to partial and the event management package as well as additional events such as rehearsal dinners.

WELCOME RECEPTION

Let us take care of the details for your welcome reception. With our add-on service, you'll receive assistance in finding the perfect location and vendors to make your event a success. Our team of two planners will also be onsite for six hours to ensure everything runs smoothly. Make your wedding weekend even more special by adding our Design Add-On and impress your guests from start to finish.

ASK A PLANNER

Not ready to go 100% with a package, our new "Ask A Planner" package sets you up for success with a 90 minute meeting to discuss first steps, vendor referrals, bufet review, Q&A and worksheets to get you started on the right track.

$275 Per 90 Minute Meeting

VENDOR OUTREACH 

We have the connections and know who is going to be best suited. Allow us to take the stress and time-consuming aspects of vendor outreach and selection off your plate. We will do all the legwork, from researching and inquiring about availability to gathering pricing information and vetting vendors. We'll  consult with you every step of the way to ensure that you choose the right vendor for the perfect fit. 

$250 Per Vendor

ADDITIONAL PLANNING MEETING

Our experienced team offers additional planning meetings to ensure that every element of the event is taken care of. You can choose to add on a meeting at any time during the planning process. During these meetings, we will work together to develop a detailed timeline, review décor lists, discuss potential plan changes, and more. 

$200 Per 60 Minute Meeting

ADDITIONAL ON SITE MEETINGS

If you need another meeting outside of what's included in your package, we are happy to add this on for you. Off site meetings may acrue travel cost
